Not only did he take the cart in from the bullpen, but he tipped the driver.

Hilarious. I saw him look back at the driver I thought he was just saying thanks. I rode my bicycle to the park and tipped the guy who sits in the little area who keeps an eye on the bikes. I wonder who tipped more. Probably not me.

we think alike. Read the Svrluga article. Why a guy with great contact skills needs to swing on a first pitch that's not a meatball I don't know.

It's maddening. It's easy to see how Ruiz could be a productive hitter but he just has such bad plate discipline.
