As a leading Nunez detractor, I’m waving white flag.

Nunez should be taking infield practice at 3B right now. And if his bat slows, once Abrams is back then Nunez should be sent to Rochester to keep hitting every day. If the bat keeps going, trial by fire in DC

I was another who posted over and over that Nunez was wasting a roster space. Now I take pleasure every time he bats, and his fielding at SS is another delight. When CJ comes back? Good to have too many shortstops...just like having too many centerfielders.

Can’t have a third baseman with zero power.   We have too many positions like that, but cannot have it there

I agree 100% long term but until Cayden Wallace, Morales, or House takes the spot by performance, it's vacant. Nunez is a good interim option and may be a good who can be groomed into a solid utility player.
