Not sure why the OF was so shallow there.

Meneses' spray charts don't show him ever hitting with much depth. Maybe they were more concerned with a bloop hit.

Avoiding Tucker in the 10th was key

I really hope they can lock up CJ. I don’t want to go down the same path we have with our other stars.

The ownership committee has to be inclined to do their side of things. Along those lines, I was somewhat surprised that Lerner the younger did not seem to have any boos peppered into his introduction.

It was golf claps for Marky Mark, but boos weren't audible

With the :w: posted, we honor the memory of our friend Old Chelsea with the traditional post that tracks the Nats wins to date, in Anglophile style.

I like this team.   Still giving Rosario at bats is criminal, though

Mini Me's health is not compatible with this suggestion.

In Blancos’ article today he mentioned that if Thomas glove touched the ball in foul territory Altuve could have tagged up. Having played ball and being a fan forever I never knew this and I’m wondering if that is correct.

Not sure what the issue is. I don't think it matters, fair or foul, you can tag on a fly out.

If the ball was dropped after touching Lanes glove I have never heard that a runner could advance as if it was caught.

His BA last year with the Braves was .255 with 21 HR’s. I  have issues with any player hitting below the Mendoza line. We currently have 4-5. Rosario was signed mid ST and got limited AB’’s. He is historically a bad April batter averaging .213. Yes even that would be acceptable given his current performance. I would give him to the end of May before Dickerson him. My largest gripe is with Gallo.
