The HOF standards seem to be going down lately. In that sense I would say he'll get in but in standards of the past I would say no. I think the HOF should have really high standards so I would say no if it were me voting.
In my mind though if someone were to win 7 batting titles they would have a slam dunk case, and we now know that OBP titles are even more valuable.
If you look at JAWS (which takes a player's top 7 years by WAR averaged with their total career WAR, balancing peak with longevity) he is 12th all time amongst first basemen (using Baseball Reference WAR) and is above the average HOF first baseman. Every player ahead of him is in the HOF except for Pujols and Miggy. Behind him you have players like Killebrew, Helton, and Ortiz (Greenberg too but he missed several seasons due to WWII and would be much higher otherwise).
I actually disagree that HOF standards are going down lately, at least compared to the entire history of the HOF. I think standards are lowering compared to what they were the past few decades, but that was more of an exception rather than the norm.
