I appear to recall that beacuse he took the photo on his own, rather than a NASA, camera he was actually able to copyright the photo...

No. Even thinking of other sports not many examples. Steve Yzerman in hockey.  Not quite Jerry’s level.

Bird had a good run in Indy, but not like West as an exec. Ainge wasn't his level of a player. Torre wasn't his level of a player but had a plausible HoF case
