Bananas had AJ pierzynski and Paul Konerko bat this weekend during games at the White Sox stadium. Mark Buerhle pitched, and Ozzie Guillen coached as well.

Such a good idea to pull in local retired players. The fans love seeing old favorites, and my guess is that the players get a kick out of it, too.

The ovations for Wilson Ramos this year, and Gio last year, at Nats park were incredible.
