How many games in a row giving up a run or more in the first inning?

I believe this is nine in a row. Every game in the homestand.

And in a shocking development, a Nationals pitcher can't throw a shutdown inning after the offense manages to score some runs.

Williams is saying to himself I could have given up that hit and have them score another run. I can’t remember when Thompson had a good outing.

No reason Williams should ever throw another pitch for us

Maybe he can be a relief pitcher, but Williams should never start another game. But then, Mason Thompson is the dregs of the bullpen.

Enough of that Dodger wiggle-waggle. Bring in Ferrer and hit somebody. Like Betts in the foot.

If past is prologue, time for a reliever to give up another run.

Don't waste actual relief pitcher. Make LaSorsa finish the inning and the use Willingham.

Once again, sounds like a heavily Dodger fan crowd.

Vargas again. All he does is help win.

Jacob Young!!! No, other people played CF in Harrisburg, but he is a real ballplayer. Best I remember, Harrisburg put Young in LF. A waste.

They need to perform in AA before bring them up. OTOH Young performed at every level this year and is continuing to perform at the highest level of pro ball.

Young was that nobody in Harrisburg who just seemed to hit, even while the famous Wood and Hassell went 0-for-whatever.

And another loss. An 11-3 streak that brought the sunshine followed by a 3-10 streak that brought the team back down to earth.
