Well House triples to right center to end the no hitter.
And then thrown out at home on a grounder. Looked like a bad call.

Abrams has stopped being patient at the plate. A lot more 1st pitch swings.

For fun I broke the 2nd half into 3 segments - 7/14-31, 8/1-15, 8/16-31.

CJ's #s -
1st 2 weeks+ - .309 / .377 /.500 - 7.6% BB, 13.9% K, .376 wOBA, 79 PA
2nd 2 weeks - .245 / .298 / .377 - 3.5% BB, 15.8% k, .296 wOBA, 57 PA
3rd 2 weeks+ - .214 / ..241 / ..375 - 0% BB, 19% K, .266 wOBA, 58 PA

time to stop praising the move to leadoff? Time to get him disciplined again?

But gets thrown out at home. Shoff pitches well in relief, good curve ball, and "90 mph fastball". Unusual for a relief pitcher.

Crews and Hassell struck out to end the game. Senators lose 1-0. Just one hit. Triple by House. Wood was spared from a fourth at bat and maybe a fourth K.

Good outing for Mitchell Parker at least

Only saw his last two innings.  Looked good. Couldn’t tell how hard he was throwing.

Hassell and Wood each had three strikeouts.
