Chavis seems useless other than as a pinch runner. Just need to move on from him and bring up Alu.

Bob rattles off that he's hit in most of the games he starts. He hits a bit, he runs well, and he can let Garcia avoid lefties occasionally. All he's been doing is holding a bench position while Alu got reps in Rochester under less pressure. Alu will be up soon enough once Candy moves on, and he will not be sitting waiting for a twice a week opportunity. IOW, Chavis was up instead of Alu because Alu was somebody they wanted to let develop rather than sit.
