Probably not. I would expect that we hang on to Lowe to see if we can cash on his contract year next season. And you can always plug a hot bat into the DH spot.

Morales isn't hitting enough to force out Lowe and trading Lowe now is rock bottom value.

Lile had a .902 OPS at Rochester. Currently rocking a .613.

I wouldn't say it's nothing but you never know when it will convert to MLB.  OR how long it will last if it does.

Morales could get a Sept callup and see some time then, but Lowe's making $10 million and Mini Me is going to want his contract to be played.  Lowe could also get non-tendered after the season to save that money, but especially with a weak figurehead manager I would expect to see Lowe in the lineup for most games as this season heads toward a merciful end.

Yoyo is hitting about .230  at Rochester, with an OPS in the .700s. He's not rerady.

it took him a bit of time to adjust to AAA, but in July (61 PAs) he's .314 / .393 / .647, with 5 HRs, 8 BB, and 10 Ks. starting a little earlier, 6/19, or 1 month, and in PAs, he's .294 / .386 / .565 over 101 PAs.

No question it is a nice stretch. i could see a call up if both Lowe and Bell are moved. Chaparro has had a hard time since being sent down, and Yepez has had an off year.

Since my posts on July 16 and 18, he is slashing .296/.384/.472 with six homers. Before that in Rochester with a similar number of ABs (~160), he had been slashing .230/.308/.391.

I like that he recovered and is on a good run. I had been out on Morales, but I'm solidly back in on him.

I'm still worried that K rate just won't be viable at the major league level.
