Probably would have held him if Thomas didn’t drop it. Probably wouldn’t have mattered.

For the series, 33 left on base, 10 for 39 with RISP.

Why would you leave Kuhl in there?

All on Davey

It’s on he and Rizzo. Davey for having no clue when to give up on a guy and Rizzo for putting this BP together. This has to be at least 5-6 games now the BP have cost us. That’s just ridiculous.

Don’t forget the owner who don’t want to spend money.

Team is in a 70 win pace which is better than almost anyone else expected. So calm down.

I agree with that as well however I don’t usually throw blame at them because I don’t think they intended to own the team anymore. Why spend money if you don’t want the damn thing?

So you expect the GM to acquire good players without spending money.  And the manager to excel with those players?  If they somehow get to .500, which is doubtful, then Davey is MOY.

I do. Had his drafts been more of a success maybe our bullpen would have young talent. I’m a Rizzo apologist and I don’t want him to be fired but his poor drafting has certainly hurt matters. It has to change.

We all know they have drafted poorly. It’s more evident with the lock of run production with the offense. Look at all the guys left on base yesterday.

They would be at the bottom of payroll with out the Corbin and Strasburg contracts. The owners had a chance to spend to fill in gaps. And declined.
