Field looks playable but no action indicating a resumption per Bob. Doesn’t seem like either manager wants to resume.

They don’t have a choice.  Up to the umpires.

A trio of Mets uniformed personnel are walking back in from their bullpen. That's not a good sign.

Cancelled totally or suspended?  MLB app says suspended.

Suspended. Restart at 12:35. Adon is the 27th man.

Thanks.

Sounds like an optimal situation for fans. A chance to enjoy the food and drink at the stadium and to come back and do it again!

Except, its on Mother's Day, smack dab in the middle of festivities, and then they moved the actual Mothers Day game.

So, four hours with no information, then a colossal freak you to attendees of both games. Right as fans were starting to show interest again.

On the bright side, mets fans who came down can just hang out at the park, so expect anyone who is there to be a Mets fan for the suspended game, along with the Itkins.

They could have at least played a traditional DH

LAC.
It does seem there is very little time between the games.  Trying their best to alienate the remaining fans.

I guess they’ll argue that it’s a ticket issue since tickets for today are good for tomorrow but they can probably easily fit everyone who had a ticket for both in tomorrow and they could even give today’s ticket holders another game ticket.

So I had tickets to today's game that got pushed to now 4:30 and being that it is Mom's Day; can't go now.  Any chance the Nats would allow those with tickets to the Sunday game be able to exchange for another future game.  With the crowds they have drawn so far; you would think they would be grateful to have as many people attend as possible and really no reason for them not to do so considering attendance is going to be bad all year.

Really upsetting if they don't do something for those with tickets to the Sunday game who now have a conflict with Mom Day activities previously planned for Sunday late afternoon/early evening

Yeah, that sucks. It would be great if they could be liberal about ticket exchanges around rescheduled games.

so the game resumes with one out, runners on 2nd and 3rd, and Nimmo at bat. I assume you start with someone like Harvey or Thompson given the situation?
