If we could replace Corbin with a quality starter this might be a wild card team. They just noted that the Nats are third in SP innings pitched so far.

If every other start from the non-Gore/Corbin starters are as good as Kuhl, Gray, and Williams last starts, that's acceptable

That feels like a stretch.  But trotting him out every 5 days is kind of a mood/momentum killer for a team that is competing hard.

I still think this is a 100 loss team. Beating up on a bad Rockies team is not an indicator of anything. Let’s see this same production against the Mets or Yankees or dodgers then I’ll think this team can subvert even the lowest of low expectations.

I looked at the screen and saw 17 pitches to get 1 out and despaired. Then it went to 18 pitches to get 3 outs and everything was fine for now.
