Maybe we are on our way to seeing the first no-hitter of the young season.

I wonder if Pechvogel is playing today.

We can’t pick in the top 7 in the 2024 draft, correct?

what, thus far, looks any different than the last 3 years? Swinging at crap, no idea of the strike zone (pitchers nor catchers), mediocre AA players pretending to play major league something. Then, post game, listening to the tiresome blather and platitudes of DM is nauseating...."they played well..saw some good things...(like what, their shoes did not come untied?), we gotta regroup and come back on Saturday..."  (to quickly demonstrate that no amount of coaching, even bad coaching, will gain any traction with overpaid AA players.

Awful, awful pitch in the dirt. 3 - 0.

As best I understand the new rule, the Nats cannot. Maybe no better than tenth.

I could be very wrong about this but I only see one Itkin brother behind home plate. The Itkins are plus minus 80 years old. The guy with the beard is more than likely a son. Does anyone know what happened to the other brother?

Saw them both yesterday. Younger Itkin is the younger brother, but there are children and cousins, and maybe a sister in the area. The others sometimes use the tickets.

Are you saying that there are more than 2 brothers? I remember one from Coolidge HS and he was a contemporary of mine. He was someone that I would see occasionally.  The guy with the goatee or whatever you call it today cannot be close to 80. He looks like he is 50

A Robles walk. I am sure that will be brought up as a positive. Maybe the positive.

I think they may be rotating the seats through the family rather than the pair going all the time

If they have the worst record again, they pick 7th next year.

But seriously, this is a line up that can bat Ozuna 8th.

It’s hard to find anything positive to say about this performance.

Ozuna homer: this is silly. Of course this is April 1, and we can think of this as pitching practice for Gray. But why charge admission?

Gray is showing the same things he did wrong last season this season. It looks to me that he is nothing more than a 4th or 5th starter. So far only one of the young players we traded for looks like they will be good

Is his delivery all over the place? The slider looked a lot more square than the pitch before.
