Looking at the standings, teams with their starting QBs are still dominating, but last night was a good one for the backups.

If DeVito gets the Giants to .500, he's going to be difficult to bench next year. They play the Eagles twice and the Rams once in their final 4.

If Don Bosco’s own gets the giants to .500, Daniel Jones better hire some security

looks like the belichick era is coming to an end in New England. Multiple reports that he's out at season's end. Arguably the greatest head coaching run ever.

If he retired 3 years ago, it wouldn't even be arguable.

I forget how many championships Lombardi won in Green Bay. That'd be the rival. Shula didn't have as much success at the big one.

I'll be curious about the direction they go in. The BB tree isn't that strong. The Reid and Shanahan trees I think are much better. It may be unfair to give Mayo the keys as the next coach is going to need a multi-year leash. Mayo I think would be the internal candidate - not O'Brien, Steve B, etc... Vrabel is tied up for next year so the Titans would need compensation. I might like Brian Flores, which has some irony.

If I was a fan, I'd hope that they'd clean house and start fresh from the top down (including GM). I would not trust a rookie QB to any of his staff

Lombardi won five championships.  But over just a seven year period.

So this is what it looks like when one team is playing to get their coach extended and the other team is playing to get their coach fired

When the national broadcast calls for a coach to be fired at halftime, it’s time

Sean Peyton twice doesn’t challenge calls that should have given Denver a td and settles for a fg.

MATT PATRICIA will call Eagle defensive plays this week.  Sean Desai not formally demoted but that’s what it sounds like.

MATT PATRICIA.

Always fun to watch Dallas get crushed after building up their fans’ hopes.

Future quiz question answer - Sunday's Chiefs v Patriots game was the first time, in the history of the game, that the head coaches lined up with over 500 regular season victories between them (Belichick 301 - Reid 255). The total, of 556, broke the previous record, set in 1987, when Coaches Shula (251) and Landry (245) were the opposing coaches.

No MVPurdy.  Lamar it is.  Now that he is the front runner he will screw up against Miami.
