Makes perfect sense (alas...). Just unfortunate as MNF is the one game, each week, on FTA over here, so it would have been good to watch the Chiefs...
I would have thought you would prefer the day games here.

I record MNF, overnight, and make an early start to watch first-thing Tuesday morning. All other games are behind paywalls, so highlights only, for them (or follow text reports when live). Super Bowl is FTA, although the current contract holders (ITV) seem intent on ruining the atmosphere by having a UK booth crew ( :'() rather than taking the US coverage (as the Beeb did when they had the contract).

Chiefs not entirely convincing this season, either... ;)

So, today, the Iggles and 49'ers battle it out to show us all which is the best team to have lost to the Chiefs, in the Super Bowl... :D  ;)

Patriots have held opposing teams to 10 or fewer points the last 3 weeks, and have lost all 3 games.

Eagles OC refuses to run the ball in first halves. They miss Shane Steichen.

freak the refs and duck GReg Olsen. DB runs into the receiver as he tries to make a catch.

1st time since 1938 that's been done.

Bump.  49ers don't need the help.

Eagles defense has looked like poop the past few weeks.

Yep. And now Hurts is being evaluated for a concussion. Very poor tackling for Philly today, and Purdy just keeps making great plays.

Tua and Purdy moving into the front runner positions for MVP

Siriani must have Hurts on his fantasy team, otherwise there's no point in keeping him in this game.

Awful officiating at the end of the chiefs-packers game. Two blown PI calls and a bad roughing call when Mahomes was still inbounds.

Dak is in the mix.

Should be Tyreek Hill or McCafftrey.

I hope he knew not play the Eagles defense in his league.

Looks like PWC was right - we shouldn't go all in on the Iggles.... ;)

Much more of last night, from the Chiefs, and Wild Card Round shall be beckoning...

That was a bleak performance.  And now Dallas in Arlington on Sunday night.   Followed by a trip to Seattle.

The Eagles schedule has been brutal this year. But before last night they beat the Bills, Chiefs and Cowboys in the previous 3 weeks. The also beat the Dolphins a few weeks ago.  Going forward they have a just Dallas and Seattle as decent competition. Two games against the Giants and one against the Cardinals. The should win 4 out of 5 at worst.
