Bar hanging can be almost miraculous for shoulder pain. But start easy. Especially since you're an old fart. (Like me.)
I tore something I believe in my shoulder last summer playing tennis. Some pain at leisure. Only hurts when playing when serving or on an overhead. Any hoo I thought being laid up from playing tennis with my hand surgery might help but after a couple weeks actually feels worse. Have been trying to get back into stretching so maybe that will help some for the oain at night when I sleep on that side? Maybe hanging from a bar would help also.
It’s a nag getting old but beats the alternative.
