It's Crews or Skenes.

You can't be afraid to take an arm. You never know about injury. He could get hurt. Theres still value around the injury. College hitters have failed as well. The talent is worth it, and especially if Crews is gone, the positional need is obviously huge. He'd be one of the elite prospects in baseball the moment he signs.

If those are clearly the two best players then you take whomever the Pirates do not.  No brainer. Team needs arms and bats. If you end up with a glut at any position you have the DH or trades.  Easy peasy.
