And what could be more appropriate, on this day, than the wise words of William Bradford...'May not and ought not the children of these fathers rightly say: "Our fathers were Englishmen...'

If you cook your turkey upside down to ensure the breast stays moist, don't forget to flip the bird later.

Wife sometimes flips it that way half way through cooking.  She always side to make sure underside is cooked. Not necessary I think but she is the boss.

Catered Turkey today from one of our dine Orlando establishments.  Thanks to SIL.

Made a Flemish stew for Thanksgiving - wasn't as good as I remembered but that may have had to do with the bitter aftertaste of yesterday's game.  Still, better than the grasscutter and fufu I had one Thanksgiving   :spaz:
