So, as far as the England group goes, as I understand it, either Iran or the USA advance if with a win. If it is a tie, Iran advances if England wins or ties. If Wales wins and Iran ties, then 3 teams would have 4 points (the USA would have 3). Wales would have a better goal differential than Iran, but Iran won the head to head. So, which two teams advance?
I think EN said England advances with a win, a tie,or a loss unless they lose by 5 goals to Wales.
