Washington Nationals Sidewalk Sale

I got an email advertising the Washington Nationals sidewalk sale tomorrow. 
They described the whole thing, but they didn't actually mention that the items are discounted. 
I don't want to drive all the way up to NAtionals Park to find that the prices will be the same as if I wait for the season to start.
Has anyone ever been to one of these, or have any info to share?
Is it worth the drive?  Are the autographed/game-used items discounted at all?  If so, are the deals good?
Any info you can share will be most appreciated
