Rays sign Zach Eflin to 3 years and $40 million. Wow. Good money for a guy with chronic knee issues that have cost him time each of the last two years. They usually know what they are doing though.
Wow, I wouldn't of thought he would get that kind of money. I think he was good in the playoffs though.
