A Musical Interlude...
« Topic Start: August 05, 2022, 08:21:49 AM »
Comment made, in yesterday's GDT, about Syndergaard's walk-on music - Orff's 'O Fortuna' (perhaps someone should remind him that Orff was a favorite of the Nazis).

That got me thinking - what music would we choose as the walk-on music for our 2022 Nationals, either collectively (as a team) or individual players?... ;)

Liberty Bell March.  It's Sousa, so that's DC, and it's Python, so that says something about how the Nats play.

this is perfect, because there is always the chance we get lucky and win.

Juan Soto, Josh Bell, and Ehire Adrianza? "Hello, Goodbye" by the Beatles

For the poor fans and players still here? Any breakup song.

Hard to believe as recently as 2018 we had a team with at least three Hall of Famers and now....

The best song for a Nats team this bad, sung by a guy who looks almost like Bucky Harris:

I hope our looking for talent is better than the method this guy used:

I actually saw Tommy Tutone warm up for Tom Petty.

Nice, my favorite Tom Petty song of all, and on his best album too - Damn the Torpedoes

Bringing in Trey and Matt for this one.

Is this the Padres equivalent of "Bustin' Loose" when someone jacks out a homer?
