By the way, Robles is the only player in the line-up who was in any of those 2019 games Syndergaard pitched.

I guess LG needs to show bunt once in a while, but would have wanted to go for a big inning after the leadoff double

To lighten the mood, as the game progresses, we can all sing along ( to the tune of 'Whole World In His Hands')...

'We've got the worst team in the league
We've got the worst damn team in the league
We've got the worst team in the league
We've got the worst team in the league...'

Altogether now... ;)

Robles' veteran presence stabilizes the line-up.

What was the right play? Should Hoskins have gone for the ball and Syndergaard covered first?

Alright y'all disgusting masochists, I'm in the house now too.

Well, actually, I'm sitting on my porch and for once I'm drunk enough to watch this crap.

Frandsen throwing truth grenades about the baserunning.  "Too much ball-watching on this team...pick up your third base coach and play baseball."

And I think I remember a game a few years ago when the Nats ran so much off Thor that they ran him to a frazzle. Back in the Trea, MAT and others days.

If Luke Voit isn’t from Long Island or Staten Island he needs to button up his shirt.

His nephew is a TV star, as is his uncle from Colorado.

"Ducks on the pond". Invented by Arch McDonald, Nats radio broadcaster from 1934, the beginning, until about 1956.
