At least Hernández and Soto made Gonsolin throw a few more pitches, even if the ultimate outcome of their ABs was the same.

I think they give him the rest of the season there, but not much more.  A .940 fielding percentage at SS is just unplayably bad almost regardless of what else you're doing defensively.

Maybe, but if they want to unload him, I'd happily take him.  He's pretty decent, having seen a lot of his games.  He'd be the second-best pitcher in the Nats 'pen.
