Our2022 Nationals really are the tunnel at the end of the light... :roll:

So that it makes more sense, perhaps someone could explain, to the players, that wearing the 'stars' sleeve and the 'stripe' sleeve at the same time might be a good idea?... ;)

So that’s how PB 69 gets thru the games. I turned off the game after the Corbin hr. Found re-runs of Law and Order. Even if I remember the ending it is still more entertaining that the current Nats team.  They are so predictable and depressing that I cannot imagine fielding a competitive team until 2025.

I made it through the 8th and missed the excitement with Soto and Smith.

Smith plunked Soto a couple years ago so they are not fans of each other. Smith walked Soto in four pitches with the bases loaded, then cursed at him to walk faster to first. Soto mimed a baby crying back at him.
