Ohio State is the better team.   They were missing their best receiver, their starting RB, starting tight end, and Harrison and their second string RB got hurt early in the game.   Plus the officials gave every single call, and overturn, to Georgia

Georgia had a terrible night and still won.

Saban is getting grief for voting for Alabama as #2.  They finished #5 in the coaches poll behind Georgia, TCU, Michigan, and OSU.

Georgia made a good argument that the top few teams probably were in the SEC

They probably were the second best team. Anyway there is a playoff so that stuff matters no more.

FWIW, William and Mary finished #8 overall in the FCS!
