I've been critical of Davey in the past but somehow he has this group of misfits still caring and playing better. I have to give him his props.
Davey is a great manager, my only complaint with him has always been his tendency to leave starters in too long, especially those with a propensity to fall apart in the 6th or so. I've lost track of how many times he's sent a starter back out who is sitting at 85-90 pitches, only to watch him implode.
