I sort of hate to say it, but the lineup vs rhp looks long, with Ruiz #7 and Garcia #9.

Is there some drama with Mattingly to which Bob and Franny are obliquely referring.

I flipped the channel during the commercial break to MASN2 and saw that the Cubs are in Baltimore. This seemed a little odd, so I checked. This is the seventh game the Cubs have ever played in Baltimore, after series in 2003 and 2017, and only the 13th time the teams have met ever.

Can we send Adon down when Strasburg is activated?

Send Adon to Rochester. Bring him back at the end of the season.

Send Machado down and forget him.

Wonder if Lee will get the next start for #5.

I'm guessing Lucius is the next guy sent down, but Adon would make sense if you want to cut to 13 pitchers.

Wow. Turned on the Miami broadcast at my daughter’s house and was 10-0. Luckily not many witnesses between the Miami park and MASN.

Over to hockey.

This is like a baseball cliché, right? Not a real game. Big 90-minute team meeting before the game, manager's job on the line, players called out for underperforming, so they come out and, as if scripted, explode for double-digit runs.
