Not sure I get this one, he's been pitching to a mid-4.00 ERA on the season with a 6.00 ERA in June and a 6.19 ERA in May.

was there a recent rotation bump up to Rochester or an injury? It's probably more just organizational back-filling.

Got to see it in person as Harrisburg was in Richmond tonight. Looked really good with lots of swings and misses though he was visibly tiring by the 6th, fastball was down to 88-89 by then.

when you google Theophile, this thread is one of the top 5 results. I can't find much on his injury. The move to the 60-day IL was quick, as Todd Boss notes that might be an indication of severity.
