It's still early, but if we sort it by record rather than calendar date, the current club seems mired in mediocrity, neither excelling nor tanking. Of course, that cluster of mediocrity includes both last year's sell-at-the-deadline team and the 2019 WS champions, so I suppose it really doesn't tell us anything at this point.
I added the final records as well; as you can see, most of the mediocre teams remained mediocre, while the wheels came off the 2010 and 2021 teams and the 2019 team famously turned it around. The other outlier is the 2018 club, which was 11 games over .500 in early June, and then collapsed to the .500 team it became for the rest of the season.
