We saw Laurie Anderson's exhibit at the Hirshorn a few months ago. Definitely worth seeing if you are into modern / abstract art. It will be featured on 60 minutes this coming Sunday

If you’re local, the national gallery has at least a couple of pieces

Saw "The Enigmatist" at the Kennedy Center last night. It's a one-man magic/puzzle/history show starring David Kwong who is both a crossword designer and magician (and expert scrabble player).  The show is highly interactive, prior to going into the theater, audience members have to solve four puzzles in the lobby. During the show there are a number of opportunities for audience involvement. The way he works the history of cryptography, puzzles, and magic tricks together is fascinating.  Highly recommended. Get there at least 45 minutes early to work the lobby puzzles. Last day is July 2nd.

Work is going to prevent me from making that, but it sounds like a fantastic show! It's great you were able to go and had a great time

Here's my favorite from this year's Edinburgh Fringe...

Illustration of what it means to be British.   'We're British - I'm sorry, but we don't apologize...'   :hysterical:   ;)

Wow!  As they're not all that common, over here, I assume they're quite a 'cult' car in the States?...

Finally had a chance to check out the new Spy Museum and it was incredible though somewhat overwhelming. We left after about 3 hours because it was getting late and we were hungry.

I'd recommend trying to get there around 10 AM, then spend until about noon, then either hit the food court behind it or walk to the Wharf for lunch, and then go back. It would provide a nice break and more time to see and do everything inside. The Wharf is about a five minute walk. We went there for dinner afterwards.

Saw this tonight at the Kennedy Center. Definitely recommend:

https://www.kennedy-center.org/whats-on/explore-by-genre/comedy/2023-2024/improvised-shakespeare/

Based on a suggestion from the audience, they put on an almost two hour improv play, In Shakespeare’s style, based on Die Hard.

Saw tick tick boom at the KC tonight. Among the best shows I’ve ever seen. Just incredible performances.

The Pandas were always overrated. They don’t do anything.
