Hurts has carried my fantasy team :(
You were riding that train last year when he was not as good.  Just give Mahomes the award and we will take the Super Bowl.

Hurts out at least two weeks with a shoulder sprain. Minshew Mania this week. Will probably cost Hurts the MVP.

Losing to the redskins should be disqualifying for MVP consideration

It’s late December and the jaguars and jets are playing in a game with playoff implications for both teams.

The Jets would be better off just playing defense for the rest of this game.

I’m texting my friend the Jets fan to ask if the fans will try and set the stadium on fire again.

Don’t think Dougie P is much of a coach strategy wise (despite the Philly Philly special) but guys love to play for him. Of course after Urban Meyer, Saddam Hussein would probably seem like a players’ coach.

No running game, no o-line, and no ability to throw down field. And now Wilson is benched.

Lawrence looks good. And the jets could have had him if not for a couple of late season meaningless wins.

Still not sold in Lawrence but he is better than Zack Wilson.

Lawrence has reached the game manager level. Solid if not spectacular. Still lots of room for growth. His decision making was very good last night and he can run.

I think he ends up at minimum an above average qb. His growth was stunted by a year of the worst coach the league has seen in a long time. 2/3rds of a season under a decent coach and he’s showing a ton of promise

So, of the 2021 1st round draft class (Lawrence, Wilson, Lance . . . . Fields ... Jones), fair to say at this point the only :woop: is Fields, that Lawrence and Jones are  with the occasional :), and Wilson and Lance are :( ?

I still think Lawrence has a lot more upside than any of the others. Wilson was just so awful last night. He needs a change of scenery to see if there's anything left to salvage. White probably returns for the Jets' next game, which would mean Wilson won't even by activated. Fields has been impressive.

I think Mac Jones is pretty solid if not spectacular. Maybe with a real OC he'll take a big step forward next year?

The jury is still very much out on Trey Lance.

Gotta remember these guys are only in their 2nd season.

I feel bad for Jones. He had a good rookie year, then gets tweedle dumb for an OC and a coach who obviously does not care about his development

To give you an idea of how bad Wilson played last night, his backup blew a read of a wide open TE and barely got the ball to him (under-throwing the ball) on what should have been an easy walk-in TD, and because it was a complete pass, the crowd went nuts cheering for the guy. I felt like I was watching an AEW show.

that kick would have been good from 70 yards out.

it is laughable how many sub-.500 teams are still in possible playoff contention with 2 games left. Also, what happened to the AFC East? 4 weeks ago it was supposed to be a juggernaut with 4 above .500 teams and Miami looking like the 3rd best team in the AFC.  Now?
