The 2023 Pro Bowl will be a flag football game

https://www.cnbc.com/2022/09/26/nfl-replaces-pro-bowl-with-flag-football-skills-competitions.html
you've got to be kidding me.  Of course, I remember a terrific patriots rookie running back, Robert (?) Edwards, who had a horrible leg injury in a beach flag football game at a Pro Bowl exhibition in HAwaiii when he landed wrong on his leg. Almost lost his leg and it killed his career.  Post-Grogan, Pre-Bledsoe era. Those were some really bad teams.

It’s basically been flag football the past few years without the flags.

Do yourselves a favor and don't look at the video of Tua getting injured.

Hit didn’t look too bad but the fencing position was awful.

Shouldn’t have been playing. Dolphins risked his career and their season for one game.

They said he’s being released from the hospital and is traveling back to Miami with the team tonight so that’s good news.

He should never have come back in last week after his 'back' injury. Ideally they sit him for a couple of months after back to back head trauma, but I somehow seem him playing their next game

Brian Hoyer already out for the game. And the Pats only dressed two QBs.

Are the 49'ers engaging in financial fraud? During commentary, they kept talking about the 49'ers drawing upon Used-check... ;)

they won the game that counted against the 49ers.  How they got there is another question.

i watched the Manningcast last night for the first time. I don't know if i want to watch it every week that they do it, but it was a fun change of pace. The game insight is far better than what you get from the main broadcast. Peyton asking if the streaker was running a 'post route' was :hysterical:

Hot take:  Colts should have kept Wentz. Ryan is cooked.
