Was he suspended last year, or did Houston just not play him? If he wasn't suspended then what the heck is the NFL waiting for, if they're going to do it?

Houston just chose not to play him. The league's stance is that they were waiting for the legal process to play out.

for 5 draft picks. there was a famous trade that the cowbiys and the vikings pulled off in the late 80s / early 90s where 'Herschel Walker was traded to the vikings for 7 draft picks. that basically won the cowboys 3 super bowls and destroyed the vikings for years. The Dolphins will be scary, but if this doesn't put them past the Bills, it will hurt long term.

Will they? I don't think you can be scary without a great QB and they definitely don't have that
