I would have thought their interim coach would get the job simply for getting decent play out of darnold.

The NFL is all about safe retreads

Or shiny young white guys. Bad look for the league after interim guy does a good job. Meanwhile Jeff Saturday is getting a serious consideration for the job in Indy.

Reich seems like a decent coach. He wanted Wentz thinking he could whisper the right things in his ear. Not sure if he was the one who wanted Matt Ryan.

The Wentz thing looks like a bad decision in retrospect, but I wouldn't give him that much flak considering that Wentz had his best year (the 2017 run) when Reich was his OC in Philly.

Interim coach did a fantastic job, just like Vegas last year they totally screwed up not just hiring him. Reich is mediocre, and panthers will remain irrelevant.

Tell your team not to hold Kyle and they won’t be called for obvious penalties.

this is painful. Gotta feel bad for SF but what can you do without a QB?

Nah. I don’t feel bad.

Not sure why Shanahan has Purdy in there if he cannot throw the ball. Better off snapping it to McCaffrey and having an additional RB or WR in there.

I made a parlay bet on the Eagles and Bengals to win the other day. But feeling KC now.

49er fans put a SF jersey on the Rocky statue. Same as Vikings fans did in 2018. Bad juju.

better off keeping McCaffrey on the bench, no reason to risk any further injuries to key players. This is empty the bench time.

Last Week. Eagles. 38-7

Meant when it was still 21-7 early in the 3rd. Coaches don’t quit. Now Deebo returning kicks.

Congrats Iggles !

Phew - Kelce is available. Quietly confident - although the Bungles have been a bit of bogey team for us... ;)

4th and 1, TD to Kelcey in what should have been an easy FG call. Amazing.

i'm not sure i've ever watched a game where i wanted both teams to win. I can't find anything to dislike about either of these teams (or either of the two that played earlier).
