Without digging too deep, it's not entirely clear that Drake didn't marry Adam LaRoche. You don't leave $13 Million on the table for just anybody.

Really need to see Adam Dunn added to the lineup. And Willingham.

Jordan’s last name spelled wrong also. Or maybe he changed it for this day in support of RZ?

They should wear the Fuddruckers jerseys from his rookie year for the Saturday game.

For those of you going Friday:
Quote
Ian Desmond, Danny Espinosa, Adam LaRoche, Jordy Mercer, Laynce Nix, Brian Schneider, Jayson Werth, Gio Gonzalez and Jordan Zimmermann are the former Nationals expected to be on hand for one or both days of the festivities. Players in attendance Friday will participate in their own Q&A atop the visitor’s dugout from 6-6:15 p.m., before Zimmerman takes the mic for his session from 6:20-6:40. Both sessions will be moderated by MASN play-by-play voice Bob Carpenter and shown on the video board.

Gates open at 2:30 on Saturday, ceremony begins at 3:10

I just bought parking on Spot Hero, nearest decently priced lot is the Marriot on NJ Ave ($30). Lots closer to the stadium are either unavailable or $150.

I started to roll my eyes at $30 being 'decently priced,' until I read the next sentence. Is Ryan's ceremony expected to be a big draw, or is the parking always that insane now?

I wonder how much of the crowd will head for the exits immediately after the ceremonies?

only if they have common sense. I won't. Don't know what it says about me. Maybe it's like Ronald Reagan shoveling a barn full of horse poo out because that means there's got to be a pony around somewhere

Sadly I will be one of the people hitting the exits.  Not because I don't want to see the game, but because I need to head out for a memorial for a friend who passed away recently.

Werth was funny ragging on Kulko.  You could tell there was still some tension between them, as Werth seems the type to hold grudges for life.
