As well as the Load Out/Stay.  A couple of the tunes on the album were recorded in a holiday inn in Illinois. Another one on the tour bus. Fun album.

I was watching AXS TV top 10 list shows, and the topic was top ten "running" songs.  Gimmick was the song had to have run / ran in the title or be about running, either moving or being in charge.  I was floored Born to Run was only #10.  Top 3 were Band on the Run, Running on Empty, and I think Run Like Hell.  There was also a Jay Z, Rihanna, Kanye collaboration that was either #3 or #4. 

I would have considered Psycho Killer (run run run run runaway) on my list.

somehow I got around to this this morning.


Highlight for me is during the middle of Prince's solo, when he turns towards Dani Harrison and starts to fall backwards, and Dani just cracks the biggest smile at the playing and theatrics.  Not a very Harrison expression. I hate to say because the original is one of my long time favorites and a highlight on my favorite mix tape from college, but Prince blows away Clapton's solo on the original.  Vocals are good too.

it really would have been nice to have Dani play with McCartney and Ringo when they performed together a couple of years ago.

I read somewhere that this was a) unrehearsed and b) Prince's guitar got thrown in the air at the end and then disappeared and has yet to resurface.  No idea whether there is any truth to this, but being Prince, it would not surprise me much.

  TBH, I was never a hard core Prince follower, mostly distracted by he general weird projected persona, lyrics, and his presentation / act, but I realize I missed out on one of the greatest guitarists when he was performing.
