drove from DC out to Gainesville around 2:45 or so. Main roads were slow and OK, neighborhood wasn't touched. We saw a few accidents on 66, including one involving a black Mercedes that had sped past us a few minutes earlier.
We went to the Van Gogh experience in DC and loved it.
