I'm a Dukie.  What's your problem?
That the fix is in.

So in a down year the ACC has three in the Elite Eight. No other conference has more than one. The supposedly dominant Big Ten has ZERO. Not an easy feat when you had nine teams in.

St Peters, three wins away from a national title.

First 15-seed in the Elite 8.

They need to beat an 8-seed to advance, after having beaten a 2, a 7, and a 3.

Somebody posted a picture of their home arena on Twitter and many high schools have a larger one with more seating.

Two wins away from Duke-UNC for the first time ever in the tournament.

good to be a #2 today

Assuming no upsets tomorrow, the final four would be 2, 2, 1, 8

but it could be 2, 2, 15, 10

If the people who ran the NBA ran the NCAA, they absolutely would rig it to have UNC-Duke meet in the final. And the entire state of North Carolina would be a charred ruin no matter who won.

That said, UNC still has to play St. Peters.

So, of the 6 teams left, only Miami doesn't have blue as its team color.

Actually, having thought about it some more, this is one of the dumbest things I've ever posted. The people who run the NBA are all about TV markets and they would be rigging everything for St. Peter's right now in the hopes of New Yorkers tuning in to watch.

Having one extreme underdog in the final 4 doesn't just help in NYC. Even without Duke unc, having coach k in is enough of a story.

heck of a game so far

Yeah, it was just a great game.  It was one of those games that both teams just went all out and then some.  I remember thinking with a few minutes left that even if UNC loses, I'll only be a little disappointed because they really played their best.  Coach K said his hopes for his last game were that he'd have "tears of joy" or "tears of sorrow" afterwards "because that means you put everything into it."

Nice of Kansas to spot then a 15 point halftime lead.

That was a wild one. Looked like blowouts both ways and ends in a photo finish

It was crushing to be at that game and watch Duke lose. It made up for it a little bit seeing them get walked down by Kansas in a historic collapse.

Great you had a chance to go. I consider Virginia Tech the National runner up as they beat both UNC and Duke in March.

Lasalle names Fran Dunphy as it’s head coach. Lasalle grad and formerly a succcessful coach at Penn and Temple. Seems no one else wanted the job. He will be 74 when next season starts.

If the Sixers dont at least make the finals they will make a hard run at him. Otherwise he will be making the big bucks on TV.

hoping it's just going out modestly after a great run and not health or other negatives.
