In a move the surprises absolutely no one, Jayce Tingler out at Padres manager.

I’m actually surprised he was allowed to leave the stadium on Sunday with a job.

maybe they wanted to save on the expense of clearing out his office?

Preller's now canned three managers in seven years, two of whom were his own hires.  Team still don't win crap.  Makes you wonder if the managers are the whole problem, hm?

Read on the Twitter that Schildt fell out of favor because he resisted analytics.  I have no idea of that's accurate.  Is Mike Maddox now available?
