so . . .  Roberts played with Kapler on the '04 Red Sox.  Kapler played with Cora there in '05 and '06.  Cora played with Cash there in '07 and '08.  All under Terry Francona and Theo. 

So, that means root for Snitker and Dusty?

This is a seriously "unlikable" postseason. Astros cheated in 2017 and still have the stench. Red Sox won in 2018 and have a manager who was implicated in the Astros cheating scandal, was fired, and then re-hired so it all smells foul there. The Dodgers just won last year. So it's the Giants or the Braves. The Giants won as recently as 2014, and the Braves are the Braves.

you know, in some ways, it'd be cool to see Posey / Crawford / Belt (who is out) do it again at the end of their careers.  I also like the Mike Yaz angle.  Giants win, and I think it gives a big boost to Posey's HoF candidacy.

Still upset at them for beating the Phillies in 2010 but I like that Kapler has done well in his second chance. It drives the sport’s talk radio guys in Philly crazy which is great. Saw Little Yaz play at Vandy with Sonny Gray.

Is baseball the only SEC men's sport that Vandy is consistently near the top?  Soccer?  Hoops is occasionally good but never really at the KY level.
