I moved back to DC in the mid 90s after being out of the country for a while and a lot had changed here, not the least of which was what a hot ticket the Orioles were.  That was around the time of Cal's ironman record and Brady Anderson's wooing of every cougar in the mid atlantic.  They were also contenders then (kid dipping a ball with his hat at Yankee Stadium must have been around then)
