We are presented with a match-up of the highly touted Marlins prospect with the poised young Nats starter whom some are already favorably, albeit a bit prematurely, comparing to Max.

Someone on the Nats Twitter thread proposed calling today "Wednesgray." It doesn't quite roll off the tongue like Scherzday, but one day we might be looking forward to every fifth Gray.

Nice to get out of runner on 3rd 1 out with no runs.

Gray showing he can dig himself out of trouble rather than wilt.

Like I alluded to earlier, it is the poise, as much as, if not more than, the stuff, which impresses me.

He's got great stuff, and his poise reminds me of Jordan Zimmermann.

MLB app is saying Cabrera is throwing 94.2 mph change ups. Accurate or broken MLB app?

It'd be a lot cooler if they scored some runs here.
