WE DID IT!!!!!(for now) (sort of)Tied in terms of games with Miami, but Royals are a pct point worse than us Colorado drops 2 games back.
I mean, why stop at 5?
I don’t think there are enough games for the Nats to get to #4 or better. It’s not like those teams are going to stop losing.
No longer tied. Sole ownership of 5th place right now.

Baltimore should be stripped of their 1st round pick and fined money. They’re about to lose 105+ games for the third straight year. They’re not even trying. To top it off they’re the only team receiving tv money from another team. If they didn’t luck into Mullins this year then they’d be losing 115+. They’re should be an 8 team 2nd division or something where those teams predominantly play each other and have a few games against the good teams. This is dumb
The certainly did whip up on the Nats. They have a decent young core, actually.
Cubs win, Minnesota, Colorado leading!
One draft position should not matter much. Or four. Picks are always chancy. If the team shouldn't try until they are a power team likely to winthe division, the why not trade Soto this November for another boat load of prospects?
