He's been pitching in the Mexican winter league for Charros de Jalisco. 8 games, 7IP, 5.14 ERA / 1.571 WHIP. 7Ks, 5BB, 6H. I assume he clears waivers and is outrighted to Rochester or Harrisburg.

I mean Ruiz is a starter and if the Nats had an analytics department, Gray could really be a good starter. It stings that the other two guys are garbage time players.
