Sterling Sharp probably gets a chance up here for the rest of the season. At the very least he should take Lester's spot or should start over Espino if they have another starter in mind.
Jefry Rodriguez might be in the running. For tonight, I'm guessing it is a bullpen game, with JRod and Harper getting multiple innings.
