Fell asleep and looks like I missed an interesting finish. Probably for the best, I suppose, glad we got the win.

Somehow they won but this Mets lowlight is seriously one of the funniest baseball things I've ever seen:

so we basically are in the same spot we were going into the ASB.  I still have almost no hope given the next four starters are Espino, Lester, Fedde and Corbin.

Espino's been decent. Hopefully the clock doesn't turn to midnight just yet and we get some more good pitching out of him.

The rest, yeah, it's dire. I want Voth starting, preferably for Lester. Is he a guaranteed upgrade? Not really, but I'm more comfortable losing with him getting experience and I have more faith he won't kill our bullpen on top of giving up a ton of runs like Lester does.

If we win half our games with this rotation it is a feat:

Max DL
Stras DL
Ross DL
Lester five plus era
Corbin five plus era.

Our preseason strength is our current weakness. Gonna be tough to win 8-7 consistently.
