Oilers finally looking like they might win one, but it's early.

You can say that again.

I wonder what the Flyers could get from the Oilers for Carter Hart and Ivan Provorov?

You jinxed them for sure.

Maybe poetic justice for Evander Kane's cheap shot.

Tonight I bet on the Oilers to win.  Last game I was all in on them to win the game, win the first period and first to 3 goals.  How stupid am I?

I am sure they will lose in OT.  If not sooner.

When it was 1-0 I thought to myself that there would be 10 more goals   Welp.  More scoring than an Ocean City weekend.

The stick was clearly over his shoulder when he touched the puck.  Bad call.

Colorado looks unstoppable although losing Kadri will not help.

Cake Makar is the closest thing I have seen to Bobby Orr.
next time you are at the Sistene Chapel, look up.  There a painting of Orr up there.  He's the guy in the middle.

Bruce Cassidy fired.

A bit surprising but they seem stuck with a few really good players and trying to climb the ladder against Tampa and Florida and Toronto.

The Leafs probably won't get another shot like they had this year until the next realignment.

Someone pointed out to me that had the Caps not made that run from the cellar to SE division champs in '08, they probably would have ended up with Stamkos instead of Brooks Laich.  I hate that person for telling me this.

Nah, that's Braden Holtby making "the save" ;)

lots of commenters (writers and posts) say that Boston's problem is on the personnel side, Cassidy did the best with what Sweeney gave him, and basically Neely ok'd the sacking of Cassidy to cover for the failure of Sweeney's version of baseball stars and scrubs. It's the end of the line for their personnel soon.  MArchand will be out at the start of the year.  Bergeron is likely to retire.  They will be stars and scrubs without the stars.

Have to go with TBL tonight. They just seem clutch in these moments. Probably just more so I don’t like the Rangers.
