Well, that went over like a fart in a diving helmet.  I guess I should've grilled a steak today.
I grilled steaks yesterday and the day before. Didn't help.

You should demand a refund from your butcher.

So, Bob explains that the Mighty Baltimore Orioles consider themselves too good to use Baby Yaz. They were always known as "the bush league Baltimore Orioles" to Nats fans in the '50s and early '60s.

Josh swings at an 0-2 pitch outside and below the strike-zone down 3.

Bench Robles as soon as Stevenson is ready.

Bob is senile. He sat there and discussed with Justin how to score the botched double play and whether the 1B would get an error and Harrison would get an RBI. Then, at the end of the inning he said Leone retired all three batters he faced, and at the end of the next inning said "6 up, six down" for SF relievers.

Right, he's definitely losing it (as I mentioned last week).  I hope he's just day dreaming and doesn't have early onset Dementia.

After just one inning we can easily see Reetz is a much better receiver than Barrera. I like the way he handled himself back there. Very happy for the newcomer.

This team needs a 5 day break and then hopefully most players won't be able to find their way back after that.

Yeah, maybe they could all mysteriously disappear and not come back like David Carpenter did in 2015 after he went on paternity leave.

Those pitches Soto was complaining about were well within the strike-zone. Hard to believe he’s the same guy at times this year. Maybe he’ll get his mojo back during the Home Run Derby.  :couch:
